Brody has been an incredible blessing to our lives. He is my heart horse and the reason we are where we are today in our Highland journey. He’s a very kind, yet cheeky, soul. He is bold and curious, willing and mischievous, strong and a wee bit overly friendly, particularly where treats are involved. He’s very sensible, especially for still being a young lad. There is not much that rattles him.

As a yearling, Brody suffered a very serious injury that left his future uncertain and hanging in the balance, but he has made a remarkable recovery. He is 100% sound and now going nicely under saddle. He’s a lovely mover and enjoys more of a leisurely pace - his jog is extremely comfortable - but he does move forward quite nicely when the request is made. He seems to really enjoy riding outside of the arena and obstacle courses.

Brody has attended some Celtic festivals and is always a crowd favorite. Our plan for Brody, outside of being a trustworthy companion and riding partner, is to promote the breed by attending horse shows, festivals, expos, fairs, and other events.

He is an amazing pony and is a wonderful example of the Highland breed.
